Northeast Commercial Realty was founded on a simple premise: that clients deserve honest counsel, deep market knowledge, and a broker who will be there long after the closing. That commitment has guided every transaction we've completed over the past six decades.
From our base in Lebanon, New Hampshire, we serve the full Upper Valley and beyond — representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors in office, retail, industrial, medical, and investment properties across New Hampshire and Vermont. Bukk Carleton also has a private equity real estate portfolio with assets currently in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island and Florida.

Bukk founded Landtect in 1966 in the District of Columbia with a vision for principled, client-first brokerage. In 1980, he relocated to Vermont to raise his family and started the brokerage firm arm as Northeast Commercial realty. With an educational foundation from Harvard and Stanford and decades of hands-on market experience, he brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and deep regional relationships to every engagement.
